Exchange and Store Credit Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kopa Apparel. Given the unique nature of our thrifted clothing items, we want to ensure that your shopping experience is as satisfying as possible. Please understand that due to the pre-loved status of our products, all sales are final. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit under certain conditions.

Exchanges and Store Credit

While we do not accept returns, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit for items within 7 days of the original purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item you want in exchange is no longer available, we will offer you store credit instead.

Process for Initiating an Exchange or Store Credit

  1. Contact Us: To request an exchange or store credit, please contact us at kopaapparel@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason.
  2. Review and Approval: Our customer service team will review your request. You will receive further instructions if your exchange or store credit is approved.
  3. Ship Item: Return the item to the provided address. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Receive Exchange or Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit for future purchases.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Sale items
  • Items not purchased directly from Kopa Apparel
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us immediately at kopaapparel@gmail.com with your order number, details about the product issue, and a photo of the defect or wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make corrections where applicable.
